All classes are Rain Or Shine depending on instructor and class type.

If your morning class in cancelled it will be cancelled the night before by 10pm. If your afternoon or evening class is cancelled it will be cancelled by 2pm that day.

If it does not say cancelled class is on! So check our schedule for up to the minute weather changes and cancellations.

Descriptions of our ROCKIN' classes and Prices Below!

Strength Training. Ladies Only. Men Only. Co-Ed. All of our strength training workouts are different and each trainer brings their own style to the mix. You will learn proper from, balance, and learn what works for you and your body. We use hand weights, body weights, bands, and whatever else we can find to challenge and strengthen your muscles. The more muscle you have on your frame the more fat you burn at rest! The more muscle you have the better your body looks and the leaner you become. These workouts are for everybody! Please bring a mat and two sets (if possible) of hand weights. 3-8 pounds. As well as LOTS of water!

Beachside Sport Cardio. Ladies Only. Sports specific drills and tons of core work are on tap for Beachside Sports Cardio. Through a mix of sport syle activities there is plenty to sweat about. Beachside Sports Cardio is for all levels of athleticism, coordination, age, and experience.

Cardio Kick. Ladies Only. Co-Ed. Want to burn tons of calories and REALLY get your heart pumping? Then check out Cardio Kick. 50 minutes of great yummy cardio that is NOT boring! Your heart and your flat stomach will thank you. 40 mins of all levels cardio, 5 mins of intense abs, and 5 mins of stretching. Get in everything you need in 50 mins!

Obstacle Course Diva's/ Dudes. Ladies Only. Co-Ed. If you wanna feel like an all star this class is for you! Jump, run, dash, and sweat your way through our outdoor obstacle course. You will challenge your cardio while toning your legs, arms, and tummy. If you love being outside and get bored easy this class will keep your attention AND change your body at the same time.

Angela's Asses. Ladies Only. Angela (Owner of BIF) teaches this hour of power class all about the booty! We change locations every couple of months to constantly keep that tushy strong and UP! Take an hour each week to focus on your best ASSet! Come sweat and work your butt off. This class is geared towards intermediate and advanced students. Angela brings her sense of humor and bad jokes to class to make the time fly by. No matter how hard you work you WILL enjoy yourself in this class! Please bring at least one set of hand weights, two sets if you can, one light (3-5) and one heavy (5-8). A mat, lots of water, and maybe even a towel. Please wear sunscreen.

Plus Size Power 60. Ladies Only. This class is designed for ALL shapes and sizes with a special focus for babes that are looking to lose a significant amount weight (25 pounds plus). Bring your weights (3-5 pounds) and mats for an overall body workout designed to help strengthen muscles, build endurance and increase your workout confidence level. The main focus of this class will be core/ab's. So come prepared for some fun and lots of core moves. This class is designed to support you and your weight loss goals! Come and see how your instructor, Sherry Driggs, loss over 50 pounds and kept it off. Learn how to transform your body by believing in yourself! All ages, sizes, and fitness levels welcomed!

Core Addict. Co-Ed.Equal parts Core, Agility an Strength moves, this training will have you working muscles you didn't even know existed. Aimed more to the Intermediate to Advanced client, THIS IS NOT A CLASS FOR THE WEAK AT HEART! Each class will explore moves that target your stomach and muscle in different ways. You will absolutely accomplish advances in your core an strength routines you never thought possible. Core-Addict is the class that delivers strength and muscle mass, endurance and a lean body, balance and flexibility, athletic quickness and power--all in an hour based class. Equipment needed: - Stability Ball - Foam Roller - Hand Weights 3-10 Pounds - Water

Guys Only Workout. Men Only. No two days of class will ever be exactly alike. Mixing things up and keeping it interesting is the #1 element in an effective and motivating workout experience. Every class will feature a different workout so you’ll never get bored. Sessions will include cardio, likewalking or running (depending on your fitness level), as well as sports and agility drills. You will build muscle you never knew existed with strength training, Plyometrics, kick boxing, Pilates, core work, and yoga. Be prepared to try something new everyday to push yourself to all new heights. If you get bored easily, this is the class for you! You will need a set of hand weights. Anything between 5-12 pounds. You will also need an exercise mat (or a towel) and a large bottle of water. And of course, you’ll need a great pair of athletic shoes that should be less than 6 months old. If it is your first class and you don't own weights... all you need is a towel and water.

Pilates/Ballet Body Fusion. Ladies Only. Fusing pilates and ballet moves, we've created a fun and challenging workout that targets muscles you never knew you had. This class incorporates light weights, high repetitions, core work and butt blasting moves guaranteed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. One of our most popular classes. You will love this one! Please bring a mat and water.

Trouble Spots. Ladies Only. This class is taught by our darling Holly. She focuses on light weight high rep moves. Toning, slimming, and sculpting those trouble spots. Come ready to really work your tummy, thighs, and hips all while having fun in this spunky class. You will need a set of 5-7lb hand weights, a mat, towel, and a water bottle and a smile.

Palisades Saturday Workout Club. Ladies Only. Our Ladies' Saturday Workout Club is a great program designed to meet the needs of you ladies that don't have a lot of time, yet want an amazing workout. Not everyone has an hour a day 5 days a week to put in a great calorie-burning workout. That’s where we come in... doing a longer workout on Saturday will make a BIG difference in how fast you see results. Our Saturday sessions are an hour and a half long. We work on everything: cardio, strength training, agility, core and balance. No two sessions are the same. Some days you are on the Palisades Beach running in the sand and doing sports drills, other workouts you work on Temescal Canyon squatting, lunging, and curling your way to a stronger body, there are also pilates workouts, yoga sessions and much more. You will need a set of 5-7lb hand weights, a mat, towel, and a water bottle. Please wear sunscreen, you may want a hat and sunglasses.

Yoga Pulse. Co-Ed. In this practice we will combine flowing yoga poses into wave-like sequences that are synchronized to various powerful breathing techniques for a highly aerobic, cardio-oriented experience. Emphasis will be on movement, developing muscle strength, body tone, and lung capacity in a way that unites your body, breath, and mind while reinvigorating your spirit.

Cardio & Yoga Stretch. Ladies Only. Co-Ed. Want to burn tons of calories and REALLY get your heart pumping? Then check out Cardio & Yoga Stretch. Similar to our Cardio Kick class this class is designed to push your cardio plus we add in extra yoga style stretching at the end. 1 Hour of great cardio that is NOT boring and then stretch it all out at the end! Your heart and your flat stomach will thank you. 40 mins of all levels cardio, 5 mins of intense abs, and 15 mins of deep stretching.

We have two class options available. Our popular Boot Camp Track for those who need more motivation & accountability and our class packages.

Boot Camp Track

Boot Camp Track $325 a Month. A Two Month commitment is required. Included in the Boot Camp Track you will get unlimited classes at any and all of our locations, a free monthly body composition evaluation, 10% off personal training, 10% off gift certificates, 10% off all Body Inspired products & apparel, and a monthly 30 minute goal setting and coaching session with Angela Parker. The Boot Camp track is designed for those who are looking for more structure, goal setting, and accountability to reach their health and fitness goals. Angela will work closely with each camper helping them create a customized food, fitness, and lifestyle program.
